EDA Consulting’s consulting services are provided on a three-month renewable contract basis.  EDA’s contracts are set on a daily, weekly or monthly (not hourly) rate which includes all expenses.  We believe that this model saves the client time, energy, and money in the long run.  All contracts include the cost of tailored trainings for staff, board, and volunteers.
